Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions of entry, including information on how to participate and prize details (Terms), apply to the “Score a $50 Prezzy card!” referral promotion (Promotion) and entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

2. Entry is open to all former and current clients of Movest (Stacey Graves Ltd) (“the Promoter”), over the age of 18 and that fulfil the entry requirements as set out in these terms. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. The Promoter's office is located at 11 Asola Place, Karaka, Auckland, New Zealand.

3. The Promotion begins on 27 June 2018 at 9:00am (NZST) and closes on 27 September 2018 at 5.00pm (NZST) (Promotion Period). The entry requirements are as follows. To be eligible, a participant (i) must submit a referral of a new client (that has not used the services of Movest (Stacey Graves Ltd) in any capacity before) via the Movest (Stacey Graves Ltd) referral program form between 9am NZST on 27 June 2018 and 5pm NZST on 27 September 2018, (ii) the referee must settle a Sale or Purchase of a property through Movest (Stacey Graves Ltd) by Monday 1 November 2018 (Qualifying Conveyancing), (iii) be a New Zealand resident, and (iv) be over 18 years of age. Participants are not eligible to refer themselves.

4. Each referrer will receive 1 x $50 Prezzy card following settlement of the Qualifying Conveyancing, if the referee settles a Qualifying Conveyancing through Movest (Stacey Graves Ltd) within the time period stipulated herein. This will be limited to one Prezzy Card per new client regardless of the number of transactions the new client completes.

5. The referrers must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding receiving the Prezzy Card, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. Entries may be accepted or rejected at the Promoter’s absolute discretion. Entries deemed to not comply with these conditions of entry will be deemed invalid and the entrant will not be eligible to receive a Prezzy Card.

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, transmission interruption, communications failure, or any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism during the Promotion Period.

9. The referrers acknowledge that the Prezzy Card is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products. In the event for any reason a referrer does not accept the Prezzy Card at the time stipulated by the Promoter and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.

10. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned from any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to regulatory approval.
